Did you catch the latest news from the highest U.S court, Friend??

Justice Stephen Breyer has announced his retirement, giving Biden the opportunity to make his first nomination to the Supreme Court. Biden promised to appoint the FIRST Black woman judge. This much overdue step would be monumental to correcting the centuries-old gender and racial imbalance on the court.

To make sure Biden follows through on his promise, we’ve teamed up with partners to create a petition urging Biden to nominate a Black, progressive woman to the Supreme Court. Can you add your name?
