Governor Gretchen Whitmer is up for reelection this year. Here are two tweets to explain how critical it is for Michigan Democrats to come together to help her win:

One of the many Republicans running against Governor Whitmer made a disgusting, horrible statement, insinuating that “God put [rape victims] in this moment” and should be inspired to carry that pregnancy to term because “that baby inside them may be the next president.”

This level of inhumanity is what we are up against in 2022.

It is absolutely critical that we come together now to help Michigan Democrats defeat horrible Republicans like Garrett Soldano. We know Democrats like Governor Whitmer believe abortion is a fundamental right and will stand up to protect access to abortion care for all Michiganders.
