Refuse collection suspended due to weather

Groot has suspended refuse and recycling operations effective Wednesday morning due to the winter storm. Wednesday routes will be re-run on Thursday for collection. The scheduled refuse collections will be delayed the remainder of the week by one day, with Friday collections taking place on Saturday.
