In the latest international effort to delegitimize Israel’s right to exist, Amnesty International just released a libelous report, filled with lies, which ridiculously labels Israel as an "apartheid" state.
These outrageous accusations are extremely dangerous to America’s closest ally. Amnesty seeks to undermine Israel’s very existence as a Jewish state and to provoke those who hate Israel into action.
AIPAC has already joined other leading pro-Israel organizations in issuing a statement denouncing Amnesty’s vile and inflammatory report.

Since its founding in 1948, Israel has been a bastion of democracy where all its citizens, no matter their race or religion, have equal rights under the law. All Israelis are protected by an independent judiciary and by free and fair elections, unlike every one of Israel’s neighbors.
Amnesty’s report is not only an affront to the truth; it deliberately undermines those of us seeking a peaceful outcome to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.
Amnesty's true view is clear: Israel's original sin is that it exists at all.
