News and Updates CJ Szafir and Libby Sobic: Tony Evers Dims the Lights on Open Government CJ Szafir and Libby Sobic write in the Wisconsin State Journal about the troubling signs that the Evers administration does not take open government seriously. WILL Sues DPI for Selective, Misleading Release of School Data WILL sued DPI for violating state law when the agency selectively released certain school choice test score data in September. This is the third time WILL has sued DPI in 2019. WILL Puts Outagamie County on Notice Over New Sales Tax Proposal WILL attorneys are monitoring a new county sales tax proposal in Outagamie County that may run afoul of the law. Anthony Lococo told the Appleton Post Crescent, "We'll be monitoring the county's actions very closely."
