Wisconsin Supreme Court Takes WILL Challenge to Absentee Ballot Drop Boxes

The Wisconsin Supreme Court agreed to hear Teigen v Wisconsin Elections Commission (WEC), a case brought by the Wisconsin Institute for Law & Liberty (WILL) to determine the legal status of absentee ballot drop boxes and ballot harvesting. WILL filed an emergency motion to bypass last week and the Court took the case on January 28.

OSHA Withdraws Emergency Vaccine-or-Test Mandate for Large Employers

OSHA officially withdrew their emergency vaccine-or-test mandate for employers of 100 or more after recent losses in court, including at the U.S. Supreme Court. WILL was one of dozens of groups around the country that filed lawsuits challenging the mandate as an illegal overreach.
