Court rules on Roe

Right-wing legislators are already working to dismantle abortion rights
all across the country in advance of the Supreme Court ruling on Roe v.
Wade.

That’s because they know the conservative-majority Court will likely
overturn Roe. This is a disaster for reproductive rights, friend
— and it’s more proof that we need to codify access to abortion.

Congress can not sit back and watch as the Supreme Court dismantles access
to reproductive healthcare.

We are proud of Alessandra for the work she and other progressives in the
state legislature have done to codify abortion access here in New York
state. And now, Congress must follow our state’s lead by codifying
abortion on the federal level.
