Well, January just flew on by, didn’t it? Now that we’re getting settled into 2022, I’m thrilled to share with you what Equality Federation is focusing on for the year ahead. 

 

We’ve got some big milestones to celebrate, missions to accomplish, and millions of LGBTQ+ people to fight for. Join us as we: 

1. celebrate 25 years of accelerating advocacy in the LGBTQ+ community!
2. dedicate over $1M to ramp up our legislative support in the states, focusing on the places where anti-transgender attacks are at their worst.
3. track and analyze all of the bills that impact LGBTQ+ people in the communities they call home.
4. train and support more executive directors, deputy directors, and organizing & policy, development, and communications staff via our 1:1 coaching, cohort meetings, and annual Leadership Conference than ever before.
5. work with state partners to implement ending the HIV epidemic plans, pass HIV decriminalization laws, and protect LGBT older Americans.
6. join state and national partners in calling on Congress to pass the Equality Act and protect millions of LGBTQ+ individuals and their families from discrimination.

If this past month is any indication of how the year is going to go, we have our work cut out for us. 

 

But we’ve prepared for this. With you by our side, we’re excited and ready for what’s to come.
