Tell Congress to value your work!
The government has been running on a continuing resolution (CR) since October 1, 2021. That means no shutdowns and you get paid. But, it also means there is no new money for program improvements and additional hires so vital to our Defense Department personnel and to many agencies affected by new investments in the recently enacted infrastructure package.
Please contact your lawmakers and tell them we can’t run the country on a year-long CR.
We need full appropriations passage before the CR runs out on February 18.
