Just let that sink in, friend… 

As usual, President Obama is right. And with the midterm elections rapidly approaching, it's more vital than ever that we come together to fight for the ideals we hold dear – like democracy, fairness, justice and truth. 

Republicans have spent the past 12 months introducing 440 voter suppression bills in 49 states across the country!

On top of that, they're also raising MILLIONS of dollars to defeat Democrats in this year's elections. 

And if we lose these midterms, which political analysts think is likely to happen, our pathway to progress is FINISHED. And so is our democracy. 

Please, friend, the time is now to step up for our rights and freedoms. Will you heed President Obama's call and donate $5 or $25 tonight to make sure we can defend our congressional majorities and our right to vote and keep fighting for progress in this country? This moment could not be more crucial and every dollar counts:
