Dear Sisters and Brothers in Christ,
I’m writing to inform you of an opportunity—one I wish I’d had when I stood at the edge of the priesthood. The Diocese of Central Florida has developed a unique residency program, a profoundly appropriate “next step” for recent seminary graduates and new priests.
The Central Florida Residency Program offers full-time pay and benefits in positions that supplement seminary education in a way that maximizes kingdom impact. During a two-to-three-year commitment, residents receive direct, intentional mentorship from seasoned clergy with an emphasis on leadership development.

Each position is tailored to individual residents’ personal strengths and areas for growth as they experience parish ministry without the pressure of shouldering the responsibility alone.

Two of our churches are actively seeking new residents, so don’t wait. To learn more and apply, visit CFResidency.org ([link removed]) .

Whether this opportunity interests you or not, I encourage you to forward this email to friends and colleagues seeking to launch their professional careers with grace-filled guidance and real-world experience.

Grace to You,

The Rt. Rev. Gregory O. Brewer +
