February is Black History Month, a time for reflecting on the giants of our past, on whose shoulders we now stand.
What will be the legacy of our generation?
During the days of Martin Luther King Jr., nearly 80% of black children were born into two-parent homes. Today, nearly 80% of black children are born without their fathers in the home.
This is not a legacy – it’s a tragedy, one that will cost black Americans our future. Black history doesn’t matter if our children have no future.
