Critical Quote
“If Russia is sincere about addressing our respective security concerns through dialogue, the United States and our Allies and partners will continue to engage in good faith. If instead Russia chooses to walk away from diplomacy and attack Ukraine, Russia will bear the responsibility, and it will face swift and severe consequences.”
— President Joe Biden |

Smiles
I pay more than a little bit of attention to Country and Western music even though I don’t often write about it in this space. I usually drift to the outlaw genre of C&W, which has been drilled into me ever since I heard Hank Williams, Johnny Cash, and Willie Nelson as a kid.
Some of the talent that is out there now is astonishingly great, and I’d put Chris Stapleton at the top of the heap. If you didn’t see the 60 Minutes piece about him a few weeks back, I’d urge you to check it out. In the meantime, watch this and you’ll see what I mean.
