My favorite part of this campaign is connecting with supporters like you across the state. From house parties in Baltimore to festivals in Takoma Park to beautiful picnics at Gunpowder Falls, I look at pictures like this and remember – you're the reason I'm running for governor – to fight for a future where Maryland works for us all.
As much as I want to serve as Maryland's next governor, just wanting it isn't enough – we need the resources to make sure we can remain competitive through an unpredictable primary and WIN in November.
So, now comes my least favorite part – asking for money – but I wouldn't do it if it weren't absolutely necessary for the success of our campaign, team: Will you donate $5 or more to help us hit our goal of 150 new donors before midnight tonight? Your donation is critical to ensure we have the resources it takes to win and continue our fight for jobs, justice, and a Maryland that works for all of us.
