As you may know, Texas has one of the earliest primary elections in the country. Which means we have to build momentum fast to reach voters with Dan’s message of ending unconstitutional vaccine mandates, securing our southern border, and restoring American energy independence.

Since day one of the Biden Administration, Dan has led the fight to defend your priorities in Congress.

Dan introduced legislation that would prohibit the federal government from requiring proof of vaccination or the use of a vaccine passport for things like air travel. Dan introduced legislation to protect our healthcare workers from being fired for not taking the vaccine. And he fought back against Department of Defense leaders who punished service members for choosing not to take the vaccine.

Dan is fighting to stop the Biden Border Crisis by serving on the Republican Immigration Task Force in Congress, which is examining solutions to crack down on illegal immigration and secure our border. He is leading the calls for the impeachment of Joe Biden’s Secretary of Homeland Security for failing to do his job of securing our homeland.

And Dan is defending American oil and gas jobs from Biden’s attacks on our energy industry. Dan has introduced legislation to overturn Joe Biden’s executive orders banning oil and gas drilling on federal land and water. And when Biden canceled the Keystone Pipeline, Dan was the most outspoken member of Congress against this action.
