Biden is hoping for a boost in the midterms, and his trip to Pennsylvania on Friday was an effort to "get out of this (the White House or his home in Deleware) place more often" and "go out and talk to the public."
Did it really take him more than 365 days to realize the public doesn't support his administration or their far-left policies? Has it taken a 34% approval rating in Georgia to get him out of the basement?
