Friend,
Doctors across the country have unequivocally and unwaveringly pleaded with the masses to wear masks to prevent the spread of Omicron. They have done so with mathematically unprecedented agreement far exceeding the margin of ANY statewide or national political race. I find it unacceptable for any politician, regardless of party, to decide that they know better than the medical community on this one.
WE’RE ALL EXHAUSTED BY THIS PANDEMIC. But we have no choice other than to do the best we can.
Governor Youngkin should be ashamed of his reckless decision banning mask requirements in public schools. The safety of our children and school workers should never be political. Period. But this is where we’re at.
This is why we must elect Democrats this November. And this is why I’m asking for your support today. We’re raising funds to support and uplift Democratic candidates across our commonwealth this election, but we haven’t yet met our January goal. We’ve got until midnight, will you help?
