Health Equity Toolkit (updated May 2021) provides the tools, resources and information that Action Coalitions, nurses, and others need to assess and improve health equity in their organizations and/or communities. In this webinar, two of the Toolkit’s authors will share how to best use it and how you can teach others to use the Toolkit, too.
