For this Government Affairs & Economic Development Committee meeting, we are welcoming Arlington County Manager Mark Schwartz. The Manager will be discussing local government management, in follow up to our policy conversation with County Board Chair Katie Cristol at our last meeting. He will also take questions and feedback from members on issues of business significance facing local government.

The Arlington Chamber of Commerce is looking for dynamic volunteers to join the committee to help us plan for our 98th Annual Arlington Business Gala on Saturday, April 23 at the Ritz-Carlton, Pentagon City. This event is a celebration of the business community, and helps our Chamber continue our mission of strengthening businesses and the economic environment for those who work, live, and do business in Arlington.
As a member of the committee, you’ll get to go behind the scenes to help us make our largest event of the year a success. This is an excellent way to connect with fellow members, show your support for the Chamber, and leave your footprint on Arlington’s Best Night Out. Our first Gala Committee meeting is Monday, February 7 at 4:00 p.m. on the Zoom platform..
