Friends,

On Veterans Day, we honor those who have served our nation in our armed forces.

 

I am proud to be the son of a veteran -- and proud of all Americans who have bravely defended our country and protected our most cherished liberties.

 

After my father left the army, he went to college and law school and became a civil rights lawyer. He continued fighting for American values in a different way — in the courtroom. He and our mother worked hard to instill their commitment to our nation’s ideals in my brother, sister, and me.

 

I hope you will take a moment today to join the Stein family in thanking our veterans.
