Happy Veterans Day from our family and from everyone on Team Anita.
Today, as we honor our veterans & military families throughout the country, we also listen to the voices here in our community.
We hear the concerns ... The growing number of homeless veterans in Arizona, the backlog of benefits cases, the poor coordination of VA benefits, the 'widows tax', the deportations of those who have served, the inequality and more.
I pledge to uphold our promises to all who have served and their families.
I am grateful on this day and every day, and it is time for us to take better care of those who have sacrificed the most. Read my pledge here.
