Our Democratic majority in the House is slim and Republicans are chomping at the bit to take back the House and undo our progress.

And to make things worse, Politico reported recently that House Minority Leader McCarthy, raised $9.5 million at a fundraiser held in Washington D.C. where corporate PACs donated millions of dollars to the Republican Party to help them take back the House.

It’s clear Hakeem needs the help of this grassroots team in order to win re-election and defend our House majority.

We need to keep up the pace in order to hit our first fundraising goal of 2022 and we haven’t brought in as many contributions as we’d hoped today. So here’s the deal:

We have two options: we either need more new supporters to step up, or for our donors to give just a little more to help us hit our goal.

Normally, most of our supporters chip in $5. If you would consider contributing $10 we’ll be where we need to be to hit our goal so we can keep Hakeem and House Democrats in control of the House.
