Fifty years ago, Roe v. Wade established a constitutional right to adequate reproductive healthcare. Now, as the Supreme Court is poised to weigh in favor of the Mississippi abortion law, this right is at risk of being taken away.

As the Supreme Court decision looms, Roe v. Wade could be overturned anytime now, opening the door for at least 22 states to completely ban abortion.

If Congress passes sweeping abortion rights legislation, affirming Roe’s precedent, reproductive services, including abortion care, can be strongly protected against the GOP’s attacks. Please, join us in calling on Congress to codify Roe before it's too late.
