[1]Women's March
John, this month
marks the 5th anniversary since our first historic march on Washington.
I couldn’t be prouder of Women’s March, our supporters, volunteers, and
this team. Together, we’ve made it clear that women are a powerful
political force, and there is nothing we can’t do when we organize and
activate our communities. Since that day, we have transformed from a march
to a movement that responds to the challenges of everyday women,
mobilizing our priorities into decisive action.
So today, in honor of our anniversary month, I want to share some of our
proudest accomplishments by the numbers. [ [link removed] ]I hope after you’re done
reading you’ll chip in $5, or anything you can, to help us
reach our $30,000 fundraising goal for January. Every dollar you give
funds our organizing efforts to fight white supremacy, misogyny, and
right-wing extremism.

John, Women’s
Marchers like you are the heart and soul behind this movement – so I
wanted to personally share with you some examples (by the numbers) of our
accomplishments thus far:
* We currently have 100+ active Women2Women Circles — local groups of
Women’s Marchers working to enact change on the local level.
* Trained over 13,000 Digital Defenders.
* Launched 11 mass mobilizations with Sister marches following suit all
over the country.
* Hosted 8 comprehensive, detailed Feminist Futures series discussions.
* Last year alone, we mobilized over 65,000 volunteers to organize, text
and call voters, combat online misinformation, and so much more.
* And next month we begin the second class of our Feminist Fundamentals
Short Course.
But it’s clear that our work is just getting started. 2022 presents
challenges old and new, from racist gerrymandering and Republican voter
suppression to unfriendly courts stacked by the Trump administration, our
movement must be flexible, innovative, and bold.
We are ready for the long haul. [ [link removed] ]If you are committed to building power
together, will you contribute $5 to help us reach our
$30,000 fundraising goal for January? It’s critical we reach this goal if
we want to continue being ambitious in our organizing work especially
leading up to an election year.
