Mitch McConnell may have set the precedent to confirm Supreme Justices without a supermajority, but that will not stop him from trying to block our Senate Majority from confirming Biden's nominee.

Over the next few weeks, expect the right-wing media to begin muddying the waters. Don’t be shocked to see Senate Republicans obstructing the process either. If Democrats give in, we could lose our opportunity to confirm Biden’s nominee.
