Justice Breyer just announced his retirement, and Republicans are already working to obstruct the nomination process.

Mitch McConnell may have set the precedent to confirm Supreme Justices without a supermajority, but that will not stop him from trying to block our Senate Majority from confirming Biden's nominee.

This could be the most consequential event of Biden’s presidency. We think it's CRITICAL that Senate Democrats move quickly to confirm his nominee. Please answer our survey to let us know where you stand.

Over the next few weeks, expect the right-wing media to begin muddying the waters. Don’t be shocked to see Senate Republicans obstructing the process either. If Democrats give in, we could lose our opportunity to confirm Biden’s nominee.
