Our brave soldiers could face prosecution for defending us, now we must act to defend them . . .

John,

Our brave soldiers could be at grave risk of a new form of assault.

The International Criminal Court (ICC) is considering prosecuting our men and women in uniform on false war crimes charges over how they bravely conducted the war on terror in Afghanistan.

Legally, it's a complete power grab - an overreach. The ICC has absolutely no jurisdiction over our soldiers. Period.

But because the U.S. has not joined the treaty that established the ICC, the U.S. government will not be presenting arguments in this case.

But we will through our European partner. I will be making oral arguments at the ICC's highest appellate chamber of judges - essentially the ICC's Supreme Court.

This is the biggest and most important international case we've ever argued.

Today - Veterans Day - as we honor those who have defended our freedom in the military, it's time for us to defend them.

We will be their only voice. But we need you to defend our heroes with us at the ICC's Supreme Court.

Sign Our NEW Petition: Defend Our Soldiers at the ICC.
