Hello,
In a moment, I’m going to ask that you make a contribution to my campaign to help me defeat Sen Chuck Grassley in Iowa. Permit me to explain why this request is so important – especially today.
We are facing our first end-of-month deadline of 2022 in just two days, and it’s the most important fundraising deadline we’ve faced yet.
Up until now, our fundraising has been going very well – but there is now a realization within the GOP that they need ‘big bucks’ to attack my record of service (good luck!) .
This deadline will set the tone for the rest of the year – a grassroots campaign that speaks truth to power and turns Iowa blue. Our $250,000 online goal for January will put us on the path to victory this November.
But right now, our fundraising has started to slow down while I’m zorching around the state meeting with voters and grassroots organizations. Outreach is good news; a rollback of donations is not.
We need to pick up the pace again or we risk falling short. And with Senate control at stake, we cannot afford to let that happen.
So I am humbly asking:
Will you please make a $5 donation, or more, to my campaign today – before my end-of-month deadline – to help me defeat Chuck Grassley? Your donation now for whatever amount you can afford will be well-timed in helping to turn Iowa blue and protect our Democratic Senate majority. [[link removed]]

Thank you so much for your support. When we win this race, it’ll be because your donation today helped power our campaign.
