It’s me again. I’m Ryan, the campaign manager here at Welch for Vermont. I’m reaching out because Monday is our first fundraising deadline of 2022, and it’s a big one.
I’ll explain a little more about why donations like yours make our campaign possible in one moment.
As a life-long Vermonter, I know Peter has what it takes to fight for our progressive values in the Senate. He does what he says and says what he means. In an era of partisanship and division, he is widely recognized as a progressive leader and a skillful legislator who chooses governing over gridlock. If we are going to actually address the challenges of this moment, we need people like Peter working for us.
Our campaign is about empowering Vermonters and delivering for working families all over the country. Since launching, we have been dedicated to lifting up the stories of Vermonters and organizing around issues that really matter, like racial justice, reproductive justice, and voting rights for all. It’s why over 700 folks have already hopped on the Welch Wagon and publicly endorsed our campaign.
But we need everyone in the fight to save our democracy — and that takes resources.
