We are less than 10 months away from one of the most consequential elections of our lifetime!
I’ll be candid: Everything is on the line. From voting rights to how we tackle climate change, the upcoming election will define how America continues to moves forward and away from Trumpism, and how America continues to deliver for the American people.
In the first year that Democrats took control of Congress, we passed transformative legislation only possible because Democrats were in charge.
By passing the American Rescue Plan, the child poverty rate dropped to its lowest rate on record, and we delivered economic relief to those most affected by the pandemic. All of this while bringing the unemployment rate down to near pre-pandemic levels!
And with the passing of the bipartisan infrastructure law, Democrats launched the biggest investment in our infrastructure since building America’s highway system.
