going to beat around the bush.

Democrats face an uphill battle this upcoming midterm election.

There’s a lot of work ahead of us to make sure we hold our majority in the
House and keep Cori in Congress. The far-right have made it clear that
they’re especially targeting progressive leaders like Cori this election
in an attempt to slow down our anti-racist, progressive movement. We’re
not letting them.

But it’s going to take all of us working together to make sure we’re ready
for the onslaught of attack ads and dark money our team is going to face
in the next months leading up to Election Day. That’s why I’m coming to
you today to ask for a favor,

including Representatives Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, Ilhan Omar, and
Rashida Tlaib.

We expect them to come out even harder this midterm election in an attempt
to take our majority in Congress and weaken our progressive movement. And
because we don’t accept a single cent from corporate PACs or special
interests — we’re counting on supporters like you to keep Cori in
Congress.
