Last time around, Mitch McConnell played dirty. He did everything in his power to block President Obama's SCOTUS nominee, Merrick Garland. BUT when it was Trump's turn, he confirmed THREE ultraconservative justices to the bench – one of which was just days before the 2020 election!

The 6-3 ultraconservative already supermajority spells bad news for anything and everything from voting rights to labor protections to Roe v. Wade. But if McConnell gets his way AGAIN, things will go from BAD to WORSE.
