With this upcoming SCOTUS vacancy, we can't let Pres. Biden nominate an even more anti-gun extremist to the court.

News just broke that Supreme Court Justice Stephen Breyer will be retiring. And we all know what's coming next...

Pres. Biden will likely nominate the most extreme, anti-gun candidate in U.S. history to replace Justice Breyer. 

Indeed, Breyer's successor could be an anti-rights radical in the same vein as Kamala Harris, Dianne Feinstein, and David Chipman. 

TAKE ACTION!

That's why we need you to take action IMMEDIATELY to let the Senate know you won't stand for another anti-gun SCOTUS justice. 

Use FPC's Take Action tools to email your Senators and make it clear you will NOT STAND for a yes vote on an anti-2A justice.

And remember, this is EXACTLY the type of trap that weak and feckless Republicans are likely to fall into.

These mealy-mouthed turncoats are known for supporting authoritarians from the other side in the interest of "compromise."

That's why we need to DEMAND that they REJECT any nominee who does not wholeheartedly support the Second Amendment.

Failure to shout until we're blue in the face could result in a nominee who believes the Second Amendment should be changed or even REPEALED.
