I want to make sure that you know about our most recent legal win. We have achieved a huge victory against the illegal ‘woke’ racial discrimination that is tearing apart the fabric of our country and the rule of law.
The State of Utah’s Department of Health announced the elimination of policies that directed the rationing of medical treatment for COVID-19 therapeutics based on race.
This announcement came only after America First Legal threatened legal action against the Utah Department of Health for their unconstitutional and immoral use of race and ethnicity to prioritize and potentially deny medical treatment to residents of Utah based on their race or ethnicity.
We won in Utah- but the legal battle continues…
As these pernicious race based rules arise across the country America First Legal will continue to use all of our resources to expose and defeat them in court.
But we can’t do it without your continued support.
To date, the State of New York has not followed Utah’s lead. We are continuing our fight for legal equality against New York, which failed to rescind their discriminatory and illegal policy to distribute medical treatment considering race, and is now the defendant in our lawsuit filed in federal court.
