Friend, did you see Supreme Court Justice Stephen Breyer's announcement? He's retiring at the end of this term, which gives Democrats a chance to fill his seat before the midterm elections this November.

After Mitch McConnell and Donald Trump pushed through three conservative justices in four years, we cannot afford to waste this opportunity. With our 50-50 Democratic Senate majority far from safe, we must make sure this vacancy is filled before November.
If we don't, Mitch McConnell will only further expand his ultra-conservative Supreme Court majority, putting the future of voting rights and reproductive freedom in even more danger.
