Josh Green for Hawaii
Team,

As we look ahead into 2022 and Josh prepares to launch his campaign for governor, Hawaii continues to face serious challenges including homelessness and the lack of affordable housing.

Housing prices in Hawaii have soared during the pandemic, and right now Hawaii’s median rent is the highest in the country.

There’s no other way to put it — Hawaii is experiencing a serious housing crisis in 2022.

Josh wants to hear from you — do you believe that the next governor of Hawaii needs a plan to address homelessness in 2022? Sign your name here and let Josh know >>

Josh is proud to have co-founded the Kauhale initiative, which builds safe and affordable housing communities for the chronically homeless across Hawaii.

But homelessness is only one piece of the puzzle here. The lack of adequate mental health services, the need for a true living wage, and a shortage of affordable housing — all of these issues contribute to the housing insecurity problem we’re facing now.

Our next Governor will need a plan to tackle all of these issues, and more, to stop this crisis.

That’s why we’re reaching out today — sign this petition and let Josh know if you believe that homelessness and housing insecurity is a serious problem for Hawaii in 2022.

Mahalo for your time,
