**The starting salary is 28,785 (Level One) rising to 30,507 (Level Two) on the first year anniversary, subject to satisfactory completion of a probation period (pro rata for part time workers).

** An exciting opportunity has become available to join our Sport and Leisure Team - Active Nottingham. We are looking for a dynamic,hardworking and passionate individual with a can do attitude with experience of driving forward a successful Sport and Leisure Service at Southglade Leisure Centre.
You will support the commercial management of the centre with the existing management teamand be accountable for specific key financial and operational responsibilities as agreed with the General Manager that support achievement of operational targets and Objectives.
You will be part of a management team who will have a passion for Health and Fitness with a skill set to ensure that all Health and Safety Operational Standards and procedures are met and maintained.
As a successful Assistant Manager you will be professional at all times leading by example demonstrating motivation and a can do attitude to the team. Being a great communicator and motivator is essential in getting the very best fromour diverse team.
The ideal candidate is likely to haveleisure management experience and be able to evidence operational and commercial excellence. They will be able to provide innovative ideas and be able toimplement these in an operational environment improving the productivity and service of the facility and team.
