We need progressive, people-first voices in Congress, team.

That’s why I ran for Congress in the first place — we simply don’t have enough leaders who are willing to put people over corporate profit. We don’t have enough representatives who know what it’s like to be burdened with student loan debt, go without running water, or have a working-class job. But I do.

We need more leaders who deeply understand the struggles of their communities and how to fix them, and that’s why I’m here — fighting every single day to pass legislation that guarantees healthcare, provides universal school meals, cancels student debt, and puts human rights at the forefront of immigration and refugee policy.

And the bottom line is that I can’t genuinely fight for those things if I accept donations from the very corporations working to stop them — so I don’t take a penny from corporate PACs, and I never will.

That means our campaign relies on grassroots donors like you chipping in $5, $10, and $25 at a time to reach our monthly goals and build a strong campaign, which is why I’m reaching out today:
