Joe Biden's impending SCOTUS nomination is a litmus test, but his judicial
nomination record is terrible. Just look at the people Biden has sent up to the
Hill for confirmation — they've all been left-wing activists, and I have voted
against them all. 

 

The reason is simple — they haven't been pro-Constitution judges. This is a
moment of truth for Biden, and I hope he'll change course and nominate somebody
who believes in the Constitution.
