Hi team — We wanted to check-in and give you a quick campaign update. Here are three things you should know:

This month, Republican Senator Ron Johnson announced his re-election campaign. The Cook Political Report has named Johnson’s seat one of the handful of toss-up races that could decide control of the Senate majority — we can’t afford to lose this race and get Mitch McConnell one step closer to reclaiming the majority.

The National Republican Senatorial Committee (NRSC) posted record-breaking fundraising numbers at the end of 2021. Curt Anderson, a top adviser to the NRSC’s chairman, said “Ron is going to get re-elected. The NRSC is all in for him.” And they raised more than $100 million in 2021 to make it happen.

We are falling behind on our first end-of-month fundraising goal of 2022. Tammy’s been working around the clock to get things done in the Senate, but she hasn’t had a whole lot of time to fundraise.

With the NRSC raising record-breaking numbers to help Senate Republicans win their races and take back the majority, it’s imperative that we hit our end-of-month fundraising goal so we’re prepared to flip Ron’s seat and keep Wisconsin blue.

Right now, can you pitch in $3 to help us catch up on our end-of-month fundraising goal? Every dollar goes towards our work protecting our Democratic majority in the Senate.

The GOP only needs to flip one seat to retake the Senate and they’re doing everything they can to win key battleground races, like Wisconsin. Every deadline until next November is an important step to protecting and expanding our slim Democratic majorities.
