John —

In my recovery, I learned that healing takes grit.

There are days where the wind is at your back and you feel as if nothing can possibly get in your way.

Then there are the days with setbacks and challenges that make you question whether your goals are possible and you have to find the strength to carry on the fight.

Sometimes you find that strength in yourself. Sometimes others provide it for you.

I feel the same way about Mark’s campaign for Senate — if we are going to re-elect Mark and continue healing this country, we need grit. The stakes are just too high. It can come from within or from outside. And sometimes it comes from both places.

So yes, Mark may face millions of dollars in attack ads.

And yes, Donald Trump may tell his supporters that ”taking America back” begins with beating Mark.

But what matters most is how we respond.

Mark is strong, but he cannot do this alone. He needs your strength and support as well if he’s going to win.

Can I count on you to make a contribution — $3 or whatever you can afford — to Mark’s re-election campaign before his first fundraising deadline comes to an end? I would not ask if it were not so important.

If you've stored your info with ActBlue, we'll process your contribution instantly:

Courage,

Gabby Giffords
