When I left active-duty military service in 2013 and moved back to Tampa, I had to max out seven credit cards to get the cash I needed to start my company, a small tutoring service named GradePower Learning. It was hard, but there were no programs for returning Veterans to start a business.

HB 4349 would expand an existing business incubator in Tampa Bay to create capacity to help Veteran-owned, cybersecurity, and military support businesses get off the ground and reach their next level of success here in Tampa Bay.

As the Vice-Chairman of the bipartisan Veterans Caucus, it’s my honor to push this, and dozens of other Veteran friendly pieces of legislation this year. You can help! Visit AndrewLearned.com/action [[link removed]] to help push this, and other great bills, across the finish line.

This is a win for our Veterans, a win for small businesses, and a huge win for Tampa Bay!

Let’s get it done.
