Folks — After 27 years on the Supreme Court, Justice Stephen Breyer is planning to retire. Justice Breyer has served our country well and worked hard to protect our constitutional rights — from the First Amendment to women’s reproductive rights to accessible health care. Breyer has created a long and important legacy on the bench. Now, President Biden and our Democratic majority have the opportunity to build on that legacy. I look forward to working together to nominate and confirm a new justice who will fight for our constitutional rights at this critical time in our history.
