Folks —

After 27 years on the Supreme Court, Justice Stephen Breyer is planning to retire. Justice Breyer has served our country well and worked hard to protect our constitutional rights — from the First Amendment to women’s reproductive rights to accessible health care.

Breyer has created a long and important legacy on the bench. Now, President Biden and our Democratic majority have the opportunity to build on that legacy. I look forward to working together to nominate and confirm a new justice who will fight for our constitutional rights at this critical time in our history.

That means defending reproductive rights, protecting voting rights, preserving our public lands, and more.

I’m going to fight to make sure the U.S. Senate confirms a strong justice who will protect our rights for years to come, a lift — I have learned — that takes an enormous amount of work. While I focus on that, I’m counting on your support to continue powering our critical campaign work. Can you add a donation of any amount that works for you?

Thank you.

— Martin
