There's one thing we absolutely must do in the next few weeks -- put a field program together. We need to rent space for our headquarters, design and print literature for our volunteers to carry as they walk door-to-door, and get phone lines up and running.
As always I want you to know what your contribution is going toward. We must hire field staff, starting with a field director, to manage our volunteers, voter outreach, and persuasion efforts so we can deploy resources strategically across key areas of our district.
I hope you're as excited as I am that we're about to open a headquarters. A well-funded and resourced field team is exactly what we need to flip this district blue.
