Message from Gov. Kasich Monday is Veterans Day and it's an important time for each of us to pause and think about the brave men and women who've put their lives on the line to fight for our freedoms. If you know a veteran, please take a moment to reach out to thank them for the sacrifices they've made for America. This weekend also marks the 30-year anniversary since the Berlin Wall came tumbling down in 1989, liberating millions from Soviet rule. Freedom doesn't come for free. The world looks to America, as President Reagan said, as that shining city on a hill serving as a beacon for freedom. We have our veterans and lost heroes to thank for ours. -John

John - Gov. Kasich was recently in Durham, N.H. to discuss his new book and the prospects of running for President in 2020.
With the deadline looming to file the paperwork necessary to run in the GOP Primary Election, Gov. Kasich indicated that he does not currently see a path to defeating Trump in that election.
His plan is to continue to watch the wild turns of this election cycle and keep his options open for the future. You can watch his comments on that here.
