State Republicans are making a mockery of the democratic process and putting their corruption on display:

FIRST: Republican state legislators sent me a budget that failed to adequately pay teachers, fund schools, and provide the resources North Carolina needed to keep moving forwards.

THEN: I vetoed the budget, knowing that it failed to provide the funding North Carolinians needed - Republicans refused to negotiate.

NOW: Republicans are using shady tactics to try and get around my veto - first by trying to override it when I was at a 9/11 memorial service, and now by canceling the veto override vote every time all the Democratic members are present!

It's time for state Republicans to stop playing games, John.

I'm working hard to hold radical Republicans accountable, but I can't do it alone. They're using every dirty trick in the books to beat me. Can I count on your support to help stop them, John?
