Believe me, greedy white coats like this aren’t stupid. They’re well-trained bureaucrats. They know how to navigate D.C.’s lucrative swamp politics.
They also know that no matter how deep they bury it, if a wasteful and cruel lab is publicly reported, White Coat Waste Project (WCW) will (1) Find it, (2) Expose it, and (3) Defund it.
But that’s precisely the problem, Taxpayer.
These government labs hide evidence of the wasteful and deadly poison experiments they are running on puppies, bunnies and other animals. That’s why they get away with continuing the abuse year after year!

F.E.D. — WCW’s winning campaign formula and “secret sauce” that’s saved so many lives — ABSOLUTELY MUST be followed in this precise order. It’s a rigid, 3-step process: Find, Expose, Defund.
- It’s how we ended painful kitten testing at the U.S. Dept. of Agriculture.
- It’s how we shut down TWO government monkey labs last year.
- It’s how we ended nearly 80% of dog experiments at the Dept. of Veterans Affairs.
We can’t defund it (i.e. lobbying and grassroots pressure) if we don’t expose it. And we can’t expose it to USA Today, Fox News, or the New York Times unless our investigators find it.
So we have to go in order. Make sense?
Taxpayer, now we’re being blinded by the National Toxicology Program (NTP). WCW can’t strip its payouts for painful chemical and cell phone radiation tests on puppies and other animals if we don’t have hard evidence to bring to Congress.
