1. Should States & the Feds Have Greater Oversight of Schools With Students Using GI Benefits?

This bill — the Protect the GI Bill Act — would increase transparency and accountability among educational programs that receive Dept. of Veterans Affairs (VA) funding and give the federal government and state agencies greater authority to suspend schools from participating in the GI Bill program. It would require state educational agencies or their secretaries to determine whether educational institutions meet certain requirements regarding providing information to students before enrollment, transparency about tuition and financial aid, and more.  Vote now →  

2. Should Congress Reauthorize & Increase Export Finance Lending for 10 Years?

This bill would rebrand the Export-Import Bank as the United States Export Finance Agency and reauthorize the agency through fiscal year 2029 (its current authorization expires on November 21st). It would also authorize gradual increases in the agency’s lending limit from $145 billion in FY2020 to $175 billion for FY2026-FY2029, and codify policies aimed at helping small businesses.  Vote now →  

3. Should Supreme Court Justices be Protected by the Supreme Court Police Whenever They Travel?

This bill — the Reauthorizing Security for Supreme Court Justices Act of 2019 — would permanently extend security protection for Justices of the Supreme Court outside the Supreme Court grounds. This would give the Marshal of the Supreme Court and Supreme Court Police the authority to protect the Chief Justice, any Associate Justice of the Supreme Court, and other individuals in any location. The current authorization to provide security for justices outside of Supreme Court grounds is not permanent, and expires on December 29, 2019.  Vote now →
