Dear John,
The urgency of the climate crisis continues to grow, driven by our dependence on fossil fuels. Yet there is a disturbing lack of congressional and executive action to stop it. Join us Thursday, February 10, 3:00-4:00 p.m. ET / 12:00-1:00 p.m. PT, to hear about the Future Generations Protect Act and the opportunity we have to hold Congress and President Biden accountable.

We know that to stop climate change, we need to ban fracking everywhere and stop the buildout of fossil fuel infrastructure. The Future Generations Protection Act — a bill recently reintroduced by Representatives Jan Schakowsky (D-IL) and Nanette Barragán — would do just that.
Over a decade ago, Food & Water Action was the first national organization to call for a ban on fracking. Since then, we’ve mobilized to stop fracking and dangerous fossil fuel projects in cities and states across the country. It’s time to keep the momentum going by putting an end to fracking once and for all, but this time at the national level.
The Future Generations Protection Act is the next step on the path for moving off fossil fuels and onto 100 percent renewable energy. Join our webinar to hear directly from Representative Jan Schakowsky about the bill and learn how we’re pushing for real solutions to the climate crisis.
