With all the craziness that happened with redistricting combined with Pam and I getting ready to welcome our new little one, I’ll admit that the last thing I’ve been focused on is fundraising. Even my Campaign Manager Camille is cutting me some slack (thank you!).

However, I also know how important it is that we win this toss-up seat because it’s critical to protecting our House majority. That’s why I’m reaching out to you with an update about our goal for the month and what we need to do in order to reach it.

I just spoke to Camille and she told me we need to raise over $20,000 more in order to hit our goal for January heading into our biggest election yet.

And you know I’m a numbers guy, so I did that math. If everyone reading this email gave $19 dollars we’d be well on our way to hitting our goal. And you also know I don’t take corporate PAC money - I rely on our grassroots team 100%.

I hope you can help me out today by sending in a donation before our first fundraising deadline of the year so we can show we have the support to beat the GOP extremists and corporate PACs who desperately want to flip our district red.
